Principle and characteristics.

There are four main forms of motion in which the material undergoes composite motion within the cone due to the rotation of the spiral; ① The spiral rotates along the wall, causing the material to move in a circular motion along the conical wall; ② The spiral rotation causes the material to rise along the spiral from the bottom of the cone. ③ The combined motion of the common and self rotation of the spiral causes a portion of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, and at the same time, a portion of the material inside the spiral cylindrical surface is discharged radially into the cone under the centrifugal force of the spiral rotation. ④ The rising material is lowered by its own gravity, and the four movements generate convective shear and diffusion in the mixer, thereby achieving the goal of rapid and uniform mixing.

Application scope

Applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, petroleum, metallurgy, building materials and other powder to powder (solid liquid), powder to liquid (solid liquid) mixing, reaction, drying, cooling. This model can be made with single helix, double helix, and triple helix according to user requirements. Throwing knife and spray assembly can be added to meet special process requirements. There are two types of discharge valves: manual and pneumatic. Special materials can increase the motor power (for heavier loads).
